· Lost or Stolen Packages
1. Non-Updated Tracking Information: If there is a significant delay in the logistics updates for your shipment, please feel free to contact us. We will do our best to assist you in locating your package or filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
2. Package Delivered: If you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days after the tracking info shows delivered. After this 7-day period, it becomes difficult to inquire about the package's status with the shipping carrier. Please kindly understand!
