Pay With Credit Card

When making a payment with a credit or debit card, you will need to provide the following details: the name as printed on the card, the card number, the card's expiration month and year, and the 3-digit or 4-digit security code.This information, along with the billing address for the credit card, must be entered during the purchase process.

We accept the credit cards mentioned above.

Please note that Bulksled does not store your credit card number or any personal information entered in the payment fields when you make a transaction. For inquiries regarding your credit card transactions, please contact the bank that issued your card.

 

Pay With Paypal

When you opt to make a payment via PayPal, you will be directed to the PayPal payment page. There, you can log in using your PayPal username and password. If you don't have a PayPal account or prefer not to use it, you can still make your payment through PayPal by selecting the 'Pay with Debit or Credit Card' option on the PayPal payment page. This will redirect you to a secure page where you can enter your email address and credit card information to securely complete your payment via PayPal.

--Do I need to be VAT/GST/HST registered?

You will need to check with your local tax authorities and consult your tax advisor.

You do not need to be VAT/GST/HST registered to use our platform, however you will be responsible for paying, withholding, filing, and reporting all taxes, duties, and other governmental assessments associated with your activity on the site.

 

· Processing Time
All orders require a processing time of 2-7 business days before shipment. Please note that processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

· Shipping Methods & Delivery time
Below is a list of shipping countries, shipping methods, and estimated delivery time. (Please note that the delivery time in peak season may be delayed).
Shipping Time: varies depending on the chosen logistics method.
Delivery Time: equals Processing Time plus Shipping Time (we will ship your order once all the products have arrived at the warehouse).

· Shipping Rates
> "Cost-effective Shipping" is complimentary for all orders.
> Opt for expedited delivery by adding a service fee to switch to a faster shipping method. Service fee are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the shipping destination. To see the Service fee for your order, simply enter your shipping address at checkout.

    · Order Tracking
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website or click “order tracking” for more detailed information.

    · Lost or Stolen Packages
    1. Non-Updated Tracking Information: If there is a significant delay in the logistics updates for your shipment, please feel free to contact us. We will do our best to assist you in locating your package or filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

    2. Package Delivered: If you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days after the tracking info shows delivered. After this 7-day period, it becomes difficult to inquire about the package's status with the shipping carrier. Please kindly understand! Nevertheless, we will still try our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
