How to initiate a return?
If you're not completely satisfied with the items you received, we understand and are here to help. We accept returns within 7 days of receipt for most items in new condition. For any return-related inquiries, please reach out to us at support@bulksled.com.
Note:
a. If there is a shipping service fee, it is non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
b. Certain products can not be returned unless there is a quality issue. (Refer to the list of non-returnable products below).
Why can't I return my items?
On bulksled, returns are not accepted for the following reasons:
-Your return request is beyond the specified date*
-The items have been used
-The items are seasonal/holiday items*
-The items are custom-made
The items fall under the Can’t Be Returned list*

1.How to initiate a refund?
Customers have a 14-day window from the package's arrival to submit a complaint to support@bulksled.com for the following reasons:
[1] Defects
[2] Damages
[3] Incorrect items
[4] Missing items
*Please note the submission must include a clear description and issue photos for further research.
Once someone on the Support team verifies the information, they will reach out to you about the refund.
2.How can I request to cancel an order?
a) Within 24 hours of placing the order: Contact customer service support@bulksled.com to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
b) After 24 hours of placing the order:We regret to inform you that the order can not be cancelled as it has already been prepared. Thank you for your understanding.
3.When can I receive my refund?
Normally, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment account from the initiation date.
